Another day when you lie in bed in the morning, not knowing how to start the day. Questions like “what should I wear?”, “what are my appointments?”, “what should I do first?”, “what will I cook tonight?” …

Okay, let’s start in a structured way: first get up, get some coffee, put on your running clothes and go for a jog. After that, your head is clear and you can start thinking about today’s agenda.
